Care and use
- Oven safe up to 425°F with lid
- Oven and broiler safe up to 500°F without lid
- Dishwashers not recommended — hand wash once the pan is fully cooled
- Gets hot! Be careful and use oven mitts or Hot Grips when handling
- Always use high smoke point oils
- Deep clean with boiling water and a sprinkle of baking soda
- Avoid using scours and abrasive cleaning agents
