Care and use

• Use low-to-medium heat for optimal results. The aluminum body heats quickly and evenly.
• Never heat an empty pan. Use a small amount of high-smoke-point oil or butter when cooking.
• Oven safe up to 450°F (body); tempered glass lid is oven safe up to 425°F.
• Avoid aerosol sprays to protect the ceramic nonstick coating.
• Use wooden or silicone utensils to protect the ceramic nonstick coating.
• Use caution when handling. Handles and knob may become hot during stovetop use or in the oven. Always use heat protection when handling hot cookware.
• Cleaning
• Hand wash only. Not dishwasher safe.
• Let it cool completely before cleaning.
